So yea don't eat ducks or you'll send three souls to hell and kill the environment, which i guess could be a fourth soul and seeing as everyone lives on the environment and shit then you kill them. So yea, if you eat a duck then you murdered everyone in the environment, which is like everyone, so don't do it.

I'm not a big fan of duck either.....but I sure love shooting the piss out of them.

Really fun to hunt.....lots-o-shooting.

Ducky....What if I told you that they used duck fat in Nutella? Would you still love it so much?

Being they are probably the only ones doing it, its true. Though its hardly clean in even the slightest sense.

On some whales, and for some dolphins, perhaps things aren't right. but that issue comes up in our own farming industry. Contaminated meat. E Coli on our spinach. Shit happens. I'm positive the Japanese government does NOT want to poison their people with mercury, nor do they have nothing better to do other than kill all the whales on the planet.

I've actually lost my taste for both beef and chicken. For some reason, neither of them taste as good as they used to, no matter how I have it served.

I still love pork, turkey, and fish however.

Indeed. I used to do a roasted duck breast with lingon berry. I would sear the fat side of breast in a hot saute pan. Then I would flip after the fat cap seared nicely and stuff it in the oven. When the breast was about medium rare I would take it out and throw some shallots and red wine in the hot pan, now laden with rendered duck fat, and let it caramelize a bit. Then I turn down the heat and add some lingon berry and finish the breast to a nice medium. Then I take the breast out and mount a butter sauce in the duckfat/lingon berry mixture left in the pan and pour it over the breast... so yummy...
