And yes i am gonna cry, Phil was awesome.

1. Best "reality" show on TV.
2. I am likely to get a little choked up when they talk about Phil too.
3. Yes, the Hilstrands are my favorites. I love the way that both of them are on the boat during the others' season, Jonathan runs the boat and Andy rides along for Red King season and they flip places for Opies.

Makes me look at my seafood dinner differently. That's for sure.

Anyone surprised/ upset when the they traded the Jake's between the northwestern and the C. Marie? How about the Wizards trying to steal other ship's crew?

I realize people smoke to much in this show but really you imagine the stress they go through every year? The thought of not being able to pay your crew when the shit hits the fan or better yet their lives in your hands? Smoking is VERY bad im glad to be smoke free for 3 mths now. If you smoke imagine your a Capt of one of those boats and try and quit on a fishing trip. Regardless Capt. Phil and the Cornelia Marie was our favorite ship. Me and the wife both get teary eyed when we saw him tonight on the show. The thought of Phil not knowing what was coming. Sooo very sad. As far as the 2 Jakes trading boats i agree with the Capts. They need to learn their place on the boats and see how other crab boats work. The fight between Keith and Jonathan was no surprise it would have pissed me off as well.

Agree with everything you said. All of those guys, deckhands to skippers, they all smoke like no other. Every other clip someone is lighting up a ciggy. Keith tried denying it afterwards by saying he was just giving friendly or professional advice, but I think that was a load of BS. Especially, since that crew member went into detail about how Keith was talking about a difference in pay and all that other jazz, which sounded like he was trying to sell his boat on being that much better.

Was nice to see all four of those sailers who had to take a swim get out of there unscathed. Scary stuff for sure...

Also, another scary forshadowing moment was all the captains talking about how calm the water was and how, "were going to pay for this." Did you see that water? Like a freaking lake.
