Don't worry the lot it is designed off of is on a national/state park (don't remember which), so it can never be built

I remember when a set design class made us do something on a much simpler scale than that, took forever to get ti right, you sir have my respect for that model.

It is 3/16" Foamcore, it is the easiest to find, Walls are drawn 5" interior 6" exterior on floor plan. 1/8" Foamcore is almost impossible to find.
