    Ankle Weights?

    Anyone know of any good brands? Im looking to carry 25lbs. Currently ive just been carrying around a 25lb bb with some netting at the climbing gym, would kill for something more fashionable...

    I thought those things did knee and hip damage, unless you are doing Tai Chi or Yoga.

    Oh yea bunni I am gonna start looking into recreation climbing.

    This place is like 15 min from my house and suppose to one of the best rock gyms in Houston.

    I use something similar to those. Or use to until I broke the strap. Could never get them tight enough and it just snapped one time.

    They were only about 10 lbs though. You can easily wear them over or under you clothes and you can add more if you find the find the right replacement bags. Although I'm not sure they make anything heavier than that.

    You need to put some muscle on those skinny bones of yours Bunni

    I've been out of the gym since January due to a shoulder injury but i finally started back last week. I work out with a co-worker that is about this guy's size, no steroids, just dedication, proper training/form, and diet.
