IMO the SWAT team never should have been there. Hang the people who ordered the warrant, not the cops.

Yea but how are the policy's to be changed?

Best bet would be to have the SWAT officers push for change.......well you cant do that if you are taking advantage of a flawed policy and killing away.

The endangerment to his child was from him having a pipe in his house, not the armed men invading in the middle of the night?
