Okay, so I am considering a new vehicle. I currently have two cars, one being a 2007 Honda Accord EX Coupe and the other a 2001 Chevy Blazer 2 door.
Dilemma: My job is now requiring me to carpool around corporate visitors and take them to lunch every now and then. My Honda is fine for one person, but I really need a 4 door vehicle that is somewhat presentable, but also not overly-expensive.
I am thinking of the following:
2005 Lexus IS300 SportCross

2007 Acura TSX

I am actually leaning towards the Lexus at this point. The IS300 wagon is sporty, different, not too big, but enough to take a few fellas to lunch. I am also a fan of the TSX (I used to own an Acura CL) as I like the looks, it his plenty of pep, and I am a huge fan of Honda's reliability (hence the 2007 Accord I currently own).
Anyways, I am looking for others opinions. I have settled with either Honda or Toyota manufacturers (sorry, no Nissan... bad luck with them in the past) and I am trying to keep the price under $17k, seeing how it will be a third vehicle for only two drivers in my house. The older Lexus is a better price, but will be higher miles.
The third option is to sell the Blazer and get a Honda Ridge Line, but the Blazer is paid off, has new tires, rebuilt engine, and a new radiator. As long as the transmission is good, I will keep it around to pull my skis.
