In all honesty, Bose. We just opened a new store in PA and put a boze speaker system all around the store even in the freakin coolers/freezers. Works and sounds amazing, There smaller speakers and the bass really sounds good.

You are in Cali, right? Ever heard of Kenleigh Speakers? The guy is a long time family friend. He makes some of the best quality speakers in the country. And they will last a while, my father has a set that has lasted well over 25 years. That's a lot of movies, TV, music and motorsports.

Just to add on as well, they can do in the wall speakers, so you don't have ugly monitors sitting around the place.
Excerpt from the "About Us":
From the very beginning, our clientele, both in the studio and in the home, were lovers of music, rather than being the equipment-oriented hobbyists that would later be termed “audiophiles”.
Throughout our development, Kenleigh has continued to promote high resolution, true realism, aesthetic integration and placement flexibility. Kenleigh has never promoted sonic exaggeration* or required clients to “build their rooms around their sound systems”.
*Sonic Exaggeration being, amongst other things, excessive and unrealistic “3-D” characteristics superimposed on music… or glaring treble,or “boomy”, exaggerated bass…rather than refined, accurate, expressive highs and bass. Over time, these [or any other] sonic exaggerations will become fatiguing and irritating to the ear…much like excessive make-up becomes annoying to the eye.

Thanks for the info. guys....I'm not in Cali...I'm in Central America...but I'm bringing everything down from Miami...Lighting, Sound, Design etc.
The bar will be more like a chill lounge, house music kinda place....no heavy techno or rap or stuff like that...just a chill, dim lighted place for people to drink and talk and have fun...not a dance club.
