A game company jerks you along

So I find out a few weeks ago on our forums that GT5 finally has a release date, and I get all into it especially after I see how good GT5 Prologue spec III is. So I go to game stop and start paying for my preorder, a little at a time now they have delayed it yet again 3 weeks before it was supposed to come out. People are pissed and I am one of them! GOD DAMN YOU POLYPHONY DIGITAL!

The consumer, piss them off when you don't do what they want you to (EA), piss them off when you do do what they want you to (GT5).

It's been getting delayed for over 5 years now, I think you can wait one or two more measly months, like I am.

Oh, I am not pissed because they are "making the game better" I am pissed because they set a date, and then reneged on it. I mean I had to get my budget in order, so that I could by the collectors edition of this game and then they up and say actually we will release it later, literally out of the blue one day. I mean Duke Nukem Forever became a punch line because it was always going to release at some point vaguely in the future. This game was three weeks out and even the company President says this was unacceptable.
