John Clayton made a good point about firing Phillips. You fire him, you are essentially losing your head coach and your D-coordiantor. If that happens, the O-coordianator, becomes coach, so you lose the Offensive coach. Maybe they are gonna wait til the end of the year.

Not sure why, since their season is over anyway, just as well start now with an interim head coach and try to get a big name in the off season. Cowher anyone?

ahaha i hope the packers pick him up now, not that they need him.. but it will definitely get the back going deep with moss, opening up more pass plays to other receivers.
