As I understand it, it simply applies a fine to anyone selling a game that applies to anyone under 18. Not too much unlike selling an r rated movie or cigarettes to someone under 18.

IF <- big if... that is all there is too it, I am not opposed to the law personally but can see where it might erode other rights and start down a slippery path

lets see theres comics, movies and tv shows that has mature content... and what did the supreme court do? Nothing.... So why is gaming any different in the entertainment industry?

Because they can't accept the stupid fact that...gaming is just another form of entertainment only your the star in the video game....you make the choices.....
