This is what Bane's voice sounded like before they messed with it. This is footage of the prologue months before the movie released. I wish they would have kept his voice like this.

Sounded exactly the same from when I saw it. That video has him slowed down so maybe that is what you're noticing.

Here it is at regular speed. I had heard that watching the movie in IMAX distorts his voice. To me this sounds completely different from what I heard in the theatre, which was an IMAX. In these versions his voice is a lot more raspy and deep. In the actual movie it was more high pitched and erratic.

Saw it again yesterday. They definitely tweeked Bane's voice from the original prologue. But the movie was a lot better the second time around. Things that were confusing became a lot more clear. Movie is awesome, loved the ending.
