I wish I could. Just started a new job, so I can't really take the time off. Will probably have people over to watch it on the big screen. If you're near New Orleans, stop on by.

nah TCU will destroy Wisconsin, TCU plays as fast as Pac teams (who have kicked the slow asses of Big 10 teams for years )

This game is going to be sweeeeet.

Thats what people say every year..... WI will be beat by the faster teams. Like last year when everyone said Hawaii would beat WI, then WI rolls all over em, then they play Miami in the who the fuck cares bowl, and WI rolls all over em. People always resort to the faster team will win. Not when they come in and see the size of WI offensive and defensive lines. Their NFL sized, their gigantic. Wi has three outstanding running backs whom all ran for over 800 yards. Their 1st stringer Clay, has even missed the last 3 1/2 games. Not only do they have 3 running backs who all average over 5.3 yards per carry, they have one of the best QB's statistically in the country. QB rating of 169 and a comp% of 74.

They have one of the best DE ends in college football in JJ watt, they also have one of the best TE in college football in Lance Kendricks. They have a ton of explosive players, they may be huge but they are quick.

TCU has big players to and a very good running game. They also have a very good QB

It WILL be a good game, no one is going to get blown out in this one.

TCU has (arguably) the best defense in the NCAA Division I, and Wisconsin does not have an offense for shit...they are a defensive team as well...

    "Defense wins National Championships"

TCU has the better offense over Wisconsin with their passing and running game.

    TCU over Wisconsin by 17.

    No offense? Are you serious?

Wisconsin Football - Badgers News, Scores, Videos - College Football - ESPN

They scored 44 points per game and 70+ on 3 separate occasions, and did it in a better conference than TCU plays in.

TCU Football - Horned Frogs News, Scores, Videos - College Football - ESPN

Good for TCU for playing tough defense against any opponent, but the only opponents of note were Oregon State and Utah, who both turned out to be turds anyway.

If you want to cheer for TCU be my guest, but for Christ sake at least make a half decent argument. No offense? TCU has a better running game?? Wisconsin had 3 rushers that broke 800 yards each..........

    Re: BCS Bowl Thread

I'm actually more interested in Wisconsin vs. TCU than Auburn vs. Oregon. Both should be great, but with the former, someone is going to make a hell of a statement.
