I have between 90GB-100GB of music. I need a portable something that can hold that much music. Hence, I have a 120GB Zune.

I can't even imagine how much a phone with that much space would cost...

It's also one more thing to waste battery life. I do a lot on my phone as is adding music and vids to it would only kill it fast. Also, phones don't have all the cool extras my Zune has. I can easily look at pics of the artist, top songs, discography, Bio, related artists, and bands that inspired who I'm listing to as well as bands that they inspire. Something that would take forever to find with my phone. Well not my phone cause it has a zune player on it, but you get what I mean.

90 -100 gigs of music? I hope you got that legally, if not and you get caught you are fuuuuuuuuucked.

Battery life and stuff isn't an issue for me. Last me 2ish hours with out even thinking about it, but I have never tried for longer. As long as my screen is off battery drain is minimal. My phone shows album art ect IF i cop those files over too it also, but I personally don't bother with that stuff. Just isn't a big deal to me.

I am just glad no one mentioned sound quality because I would have thought you were crazy or had shitty phones. With my skull candy earphones I can't imagine better quality than I get now and its already so loud it hurts if I max the volume.

Volume doesn't equal sound quality....

Also, most phones I know of won't play FLAC files...a Zune won't even play them unless there's a plug-in out there for it that I don't know about.

Skull candy isn't great, either.

Another benefit is some professors (basically the cool ones) will let you listen to music while taking quizzes/tests but not use your phone. Not that you really need it (imo) but still :P
