Meat flavored water?

The Brits used to drink beef tea which basically warm meat flavored water. It used to be regarded as the drink to warm yourself up on a cold night. Used extensively in the Napoleonic Wars and in WWI. It provides some protein, salt and hydration. Sort of like a Victorian Gatorade...

Honestly who doesn't drink the beef or chicken broth out of the bowl after they are done with their soup? Same thing really.

I wouldn't drink it cold, but I would probably try it warm.

Exactly... warm it would just be a really really thin soup. Cold it would be.... not so pleasant.

Jones Soda makes Holiday Packs. Turkey and gravy soda, mmmmmm.

This is old, but you can find this stuff around the holidays every year.

Yeah they would have contests of who could drink the most of several of their 'novelty' flavors at the main office in Seattle. I never tried them, but it made the news and didn't end well for the winner....
