How do you figure? There are laws preventing people from wearing just their underwear in public. So why does having your pants hanging down past your ass not fit that very same law?

Its about time someone said to get rid of that pos. I dont get how in the article it says they dont absorb sweat well and is then followed with a quote of wearing a wet sock on your head.

That may be true but plenty of military covers dont really block the sun to begin with. As far as i can think of the only ones that really do are the utility covers.
