My next season of flag football is starting soon and I am putting a shout out to any good ideas for quasi training exercises/getting back in form workouts. I play pass rusher so short bursts and agility are what I'm looking for (gotta get that f'n quarterback) . I never played football in school so I don't have any good football centric routines to work with. I do have access to a kick ass gym, but I cant make it there on a regular basis so things you can do at home, w/ free weights or other simple things are a better option.
