when NPCs rebel

So, I was getting quests out of the way in AoC. I walked out of a building, and what I first thought were others players started killing me. Then, they started killing me when I spawned (you have a shield that protects you from being killed...didn't work). So, I see what they are, and they were a pair of NPCs not players. They were killing everyone who was spawning. It only stopped because a lv 80 guy came and killed them for us. /sigh

Ive never played AoC, but in WoW it sucked when the other faction hits an npc but your splash damage made the npc beat on you.

Or in oblivion if you accidently hit spacebar at the wrong time you'll "steal" a cup or something stupid and everyone around will attack.

What sucked / was awesome was the amazing Blood Plague, watching as all the players that ran through major cities die in an instant. It sucked to die, but the fact that it had news coverage as the first e-Plague was kind of awesome.
