Re: Back Spasms strike for no reason.
Never tried that one.
I've got some chronic stress injuries related to the baseball/soccer/basketball played earlier in life.
Partially torn rotator cuff at the end of my Sophomore year. Pitched through it my Junior year as no one signed off to send me to a specialist for evaluation.
Ankles sound horrible (crackling sound when I roll them around) from turning/spraining them in basketball and soccer. Last time I had a PCP do a full physical he got a real uncomfortable look on his face when he heard them.
Back issues from all the repetitive bending/jumping from basketball and trunk twisting/bending from pitching.
Sigh. Love being 33 with the aches of someone far older lol.
When nothing hurts, I feel great and can do just about anything. Any sport, jogging, climbing, parkour. When something (specifically the back) hurts...I can't do crap and it kills me.
