pisses me the fuck off 2nd time in a month i get a voice mail on my phone from my sister that shes taken a overdoes of pills. suicide attepmt or cry for attention i dont fucking know. first time i made it to her house and dragged her to the ER. this time i called 911 before going over since the voice mail was left 30 min before i saw it. so played it for the cops they

kicked in her door no one home. called 2 diff hospitals no one by her name so now whatever happens happens i guess.
but she doesnt even think about our mother who lost one daughter 12 years old never got over it and a husband going on 5 years now. this really fucking pisses me off. i dont hit women but i swear i could slap her across the face for pulling this shit.

Get her some help. Suicide is no joke. Trust me, I know. It's not a cry for attention, it's a cry for help.

It is possible that she is just being over dramatic and wants attention but its much more probable that she really does need help, and that's really something that shouldn't be taken lightly.

i dunno if shes alive i'm wondering if i can have her committed to a mental hospital if its possible but even if i could i dont think they can pick her up and drag her to a mental hospital ?

I believe that depending on the state if she had attempted suicide and you got her to the hospital they can holder her for a few days for a psych eval but I don't know if they can commit her. I think most of the time you have to commit yourself (unless a court makes you).

Under these types of circumstances, they can most definitely take her for a psych evaluation whether she wants one or not. It would then be up to the results of the eval.

Not sure .. alot of it depends on the hospitals policy. I know here the hospital can send you to a regional facility from the ER for a 48 hr hold.

Yes almost ever state has some form of law similar to what florida calls a baker act. 2 officers have to agree she is unstable and they can place her in a mental facility until she has been evaluated. From there it either goes treatment and release or to the state facility.

My mother has issues like this. Last time i was in key west she was watching my dogs. She calls me the first night at like 11 pm and says shes going to kill her self. I just told her thats fine make sure you feed the dogs first and dont make a mess for me to clean up.

So i get where your at and at some point in time you just have to say fuck it do what your going to do.

stupid bitch is alive and denies everything even though i have a voice mail to prove it i'm not gonna bother to have her commited cause then i'd have to go to the cops the docs the courts and i'm not going thru that fucking headache for her

I'd say it's worth the headache. Since you said it happened before I assume it will happen again. Besides, next time might be too late.
