Hey guys,
ive discussed this with a few of you before, but i forgot to save convos on steam chat so i thought id post here.
What stacks do you all use to put on mass and strength?
I weigh about 140 now and my goal is to be around 160.
I'm using just BSN no xplode, moving on to no xplode 2.0 next and Syntha-6.
I've got adequate intake but im not so sure. Ive been on this for about 6 months and gained a good 10-15 lbs.

Re: Workout Stacks...
Red meat. Best way to put on mass.
BSN's website shows they charge $52.99 for just under 3 lbs of powder... After the years of research I've done I've learned to spend the money on the right foods. Personally speaking, syntha-6 is something I wouldn't bother with. From the site I've gathered that it's supposed to give you some energy and give your muscles a bit of a pump during workout? Take some Nitric Oxide pills if you want to feel a serious pump in your muscles and drink some gatorade/powerade 10 mins before you work out. If anything you should be making sure you're getting glutamine before/during/after your workout.
I'm not in a gym right now cause there are no good ones close to me and im kinda broke. But supplements don't help you as much as food does. A lot of supplements are already partially broken down which makes it easier for the nutrients in them to pass through your body. Red meat is the best thing to be eating to gain mass, or so I found. When I get going again the only supplements I would spend money on is glutamine and multivitamins. Free weights are also best for putting on mass, they're also more of a natural way for your body to move weight. When you use machines you're restricted to what they want to do. Whats your gym schedule, like how many days a week/what do you do on each day?

Re: Workout Stacks...
Try looking for some places, I have a place by me that is privately owned and somewhat warehouses the products. I got the large jug (5lb) of Syntha-6 and a large jug of another powder (can't remember the name) for 55 dollars total. Both jugs retailed at about $50.

Re: Workout Stacks...
Best advice anyone can give you is to do what works best for you. 99% of the time when you hear someone saying "You should do this, that and the other", they're really saying "This works for me". When I was going to a gym I was there Mon-Fri:
Mon - Chest/Forearms
Tues - Back/Abs
Wed - Legs
Thurs - Bi/Tri/Abs
Fri - Shoulders/Forearms
A lot of people would look at that and say "WTF, you need to give your body more time to rest blah blah blah". I tried a few different splits but that worked best for me. And as far as supplements goes, the only ones I took that didn't give me some kind of bad side effects was Celltech/Nitrotech/NO2. I tried a few others and I either ended up shitting out a solid brick that took as much time as child birth or the stuff ran right through me and I shit out protein water 10 mins after I took it... god those sucked. If/When I get back into a gym I'll probably put on a bit of weight but it won't be the intention. But I will take glutamine through out the work outs, most likely mixed in with some water and then gatorade on the side. And maybe some NO2 just for the fun of it, couldn't believe how much of an effect it had on me.
Just make sure to get your amino acids+protein+vitamins. 10-15 lbs in six months is also no small feat. So what ever you're doing is working. I'm 6' and skinny, it took me atleast a year to put on 10-15 lbs.

Re: Workout Stacks...
Yeah my workouts have been extremely simple, especially since I'm not paying for the gym right now. I've just been doing Push-ups / sit-ups MWF and running between 3 - 5 days a week. I've managed to lose about 15 pounds so far, which is quite nice. I'm trying to get back below or around 180 and build enough muscle to pass my PRT in January.

I work out 5 days a week...been workin out for 10 years and nothing has helped me more than superpump max. I've used it for 3 months and have already gained 15 extra lbs of muscle mass. Of course that's combined with a high and lean protein diet and sugar free DQ vanilla orange bars, mmm.
