Jacob's Ladder and Training Day are both close seconds with an honorable mention going to Fight Club.

Cant remember thin red line. Both training day and fight club make the list to me and i never saw jacobs ladder.

Dex, you need to start taking your medication again.

The biggest problem with Thin Red Line was that it wasn't an hour longer. It could have been an even deeper and more intense meditation on the dissonance of war.

I agree that Training Day was very blah, but I think you got that one by chance.

Jacob's Ladder is the very best of Art and Horror. It's mystical, and deeply philosophical. Any movie which builds on the teachings of Meister Eckhart von Hochheim is worth a viewing.
