Ok Im working today so no thanksgiving with family. But I have a nice Cornish Game hen stuffed with Celery, onion and garlic for flavored and a seasoned rub, orange glazed steamed carrots, and stuffing ( All homemmade). For desert I have chocolate pumpkin flavored turffles and a nice glass of Muscat Canelli.

Not sure what I'll be having other than my father's cornbread dressing as my aunt is either cooking or having everything catered.

I have picked out a nice cherry lambic beer and a very good stout whose name I forget (100/100 on ratebeer.com though).

Last night, I did make a cranberry, pumpkin rum sauce that I served over homemade vanilla icecream. This weekend, I'm making turkey burgers that I'll serve a pumpkin, cranberry chutney with.
