Ergonomics #1
Buttons #2
DPI #3
First and foremost I need a comfortable feeling mouse. I'm absolutely appalled by the shitty mice they give us at work. We can't change them out, either, which really sucks. Only way you can get a different mouse is if you can get a doctor's note saying you need a more ergonomic mouse for physical reasons.

Re: Most Important Feature On Mouse
Wow... that sucks. They offer us mice with our laptops(decent wireless logitech at that) but I prefer my own. So glad that they arent that secure. They did however effectively block streaming music sites. Been against internet use TOS for a while, but wasnt really enforced. ipod and dock works good enough. Anyways... yeah I have work mice and play mice. I have a g5 and g500 for gaming. Then I have two different ones for work. Two different jobs each has a mouse customized for efficiency.

Wireless is another no-no. Too easy to intercept wireless mouse & keyboard signals. More so keyboards than mice. They monitor every file on our machines... Typically they know you're goofing off or using your work machine inappropriately within 15-20 mins. One the reasons I'm glad I work from home 3 days a week. I can goof off on my personal PC and not risk it on my work PC.

Re: Most Important Feature On Mouse
Since I am left handed, ergonomics is most important. I can't use a right handed mouse.
Aside from that, it needs to be wired and have thumb buttons. And it needs to stop registering at a very short lift-off distance.
Currently using a Lachesis, but looking towards a Sensei.Last edited by Madmax (Grape); 12-29-11 at 01:09 PM.
We can do better.
