    Problem .....

    Hello everyone im new here.. Im Emma by the way.. I've been just wondering my External Hard disk has a 300Gb size and now it's become 150Gb.. Why is that? What happen to the other 150gb? How can i restore the size of my external hard disk?? Thank you guys in advance...

    Welcome to TPG Emma,

    As for your problem, some more information would be helpful. The best place to start would be disk manager. If you right-click on the My Computer icon on either your desktop or your start menu, one of the options is "Manage". When that opens, find disk manager in the left side pane and click on that. This will list all your disks in the upper right pane and show their partitions in the lower right pane. Find your USB drive and let us know what it shows for your USB drive.
