Thread: Screen not playing games!

I took my 32" Vizio HD LCD tv and hooked it up to my computer with an HDMI cable it will not play any games, it tries to load brings up a white screen then goes away, the games application isn't there it just stops. Also it changes my resolution. Any ideas?

your going to have to force the games to load in the native resolution of the television.... because it seems your television is picky.....

This will have to be researched on an individual game basis, utilizing command line arguments....

Try dropping the video settings on the PC, resolution, framerate......

How do I do this? Force the game?

you will have to force the resolution of your games through your video cards control panel. It has to be native to what your tv is.

also.... you may have to force the refresh rate to 30
