Went to leak test today... filled up the res, and... pump wouldn't start!
If I can't get this pump to start, I will need to order a new one, which means Mon-Tue until I get it going again. Performance-PCs.com ships out of FL so it usually only takes one day. Bummer as this is another unexpected $80. Good thing I budgeted for this kind of crap.
The motherboard started, but I didn't dare let stay on long enough to see if it would post as there is nothing other than a dry copper block cooling the CPU. It would probably be okay for a minute or two, but why risk?

Pump started. I am going to leak test for a few hours. Most people say to leak test for 24 hours, but I have found that if it was going to leak within 24 hours, most likely, it would have leaked right when pressure was put to the system.
I guess the old pump was just locked up after sitting for a few weeks without water in it. I took it apart, spun it by hand, and woosh!

I am posting from my latest build. It is ugly at the moment... cable management will come eventually. As for now, just getting things installed and making sure ALL components are working properly.

I made two cuts. One behind the motherboard to allow for more room for motherboard back plates and prevent shorting. The other to allow for better cable management. The big mod to the inside was disassembling the entire internal case, powder coating everything black, and then re-riveting the case back together. I also powder coated the hard removable hard drive enclosure and all of the hardware for the side panels. Before the black powder coat, everything was bare metal.
