Newegg.com - Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model 997046
Good timings for 1600MHz. Gaming RAM to boot.
Board I've recommended a lot recently. 4 Sata III ports. Decent audio. Can SLI, and is ready for when you decide to jump to 6xx or 7xx.

Let's you run PCIe 3.0, not that you'll need it. Will run hotter than Sandy, but that shouldn't be a problem for a WC system.

To keep away the nasties. Put it in and forget. Follow directions to know when to reapply.

Looks like the only one I can confirm that is compatible with a 560ti. Checked Ebay, too.

Re: Water Cooling
Well just so you know, the water cooling should be better on getting the computer cooler if it is overheating itself currently, but I wouldn't think it would solve your office getting hot issue. All the water cooling does is heat the water and move the heated water outside the case to a radiator. The radiator then will let off the heat.... into your office. No matter what the heat is still gonna end up in your office, it will just get there more efficiently.

Re: Water Cooling
Exactly, so really the best solution is to spend the money on that water cooling system for say a portable air conditioner

Well... there is something to be said for controlling ambient temps. Your overall system temp should be cooler if the ambient room temp is lower. While colder air being brought into the case should help overall temps, it would likely only be a few degrees at most.
The varying room temps of 23C (73F) and 28C (83F) is negligible when you are trying to keep CPU load temps between 60-70C. The interesting thing to note is that the ambient temps impact air cooling just as much as water cooling.
