I don't really have input on particular laptops. My philosophy has always been to get a reliable laptop that does the tasks you need and spend what you save there on better parts for your desktop. I just don't like the weight, heat, and price premiums that are inherent to gaming laptops. The exceptions, imo, are for people who travel and aren't at their own home a lot.

Have you tried looking at gaming laptops from ibuy power or cyberpower computers? They have some alright laptops. I have never bought a laptop from either of them But they dont look that bad lol.

Looked at ibuypower. Wasn't too impressed. I'll try cyberpower.
