Building a PC in the near future

Hey guys, it's been years since I built a system. I'm looking to keep everything under $1000. This PC is going to be used for gaming and programming. I'm looking for suggestions on the build to either save money with the same real world performance, compatibility, and of course being able to upgrade this system in the future.

I am not looking for 100% top of the line. I'm on a budget and want to save as much money as possible. I have to work OT to get everything and I hate my job. So, as you can imagine, the more money saved, the better. I have a copy of windows, a mouse, a keyboard, speakers, and a headset. I also have an external HD.

    Case:
Newegg.com - Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with Upgraded USB 3.0

    PSU:
    Newegg.com - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

    Motherboard:
    Newegg.com - ASRock Z77 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

    CPU:
    Newegg.com - Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000 BX80623I52500K

Starting with 8GB. Will likely upgrade to 16GB at some point. Just not now.

    HDD:
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

    Monitor:
    Newegg.com - Acer G235HAbd 23'' 5ms 1920x1080 WideScreen LCD monitor 300 cd/m2 1000:1

    CD Drive:
    Newegg.com - ASUS 24X DVD Burner - Bulk 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM Black SATA Model DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS - CD / DVD Burners

Thanks for viewing! Let me know any suggestions!

While 630w is fine (even for SLI 560's on that setup) Raidmax is not a reliable brand.

Look for Corsair, Antec, Seasonic (others that are reliable) and get one that is at least "80 plus" rated, but look for "80 plus Bronze" if you can. Your whole rig is riding on your PSU, don't skimp on one, pay at least 70 bucks (I pay about 120 to 200 for one anymore; and none of mine have been over 750, that is almost unnecessary unless you are running several BIG radeon cards and lots of peripherals).

    Thoughts on this?

that's a solid PSU. I picked one up about a year and a half ago... ran it hard with a SLI and quad core, now it is in my test bed. It's a good buy... was 130 when I got mine.
