Hey guys, I recently got a netbook and I want to throw Windows 8 on it to try but I don't have a Windows 7 disc for it, the laptop has a product key sticker on the bottom for Win 7 home prem, is there a way I can just download the windows 7 disc and burn to something so I can reinstall with that key later legally?

FOR THE LOVE OF SCIENCE don't buy Win 8 until you have done a google search. Someone is doing a deal, I think microsoft, I forget through who, newegg amazon or something. If you abandon an older operating system, vista, win7, XP, you will be able to pick up a copy for win8 for like $40

you're running windows 7 right? Why not just use the windows system image feature. put it on an external drive, make the boot cd and roll with it. it's a free solution and it will be your PC as it is now.
