    Mouse question

Greetings TPG techno-nerds. I am having an issue with my Razer Copperhead. Often times when I single click my mouse will double click instead. Does anyone know if I can fix this, and if so how, or do I just need to get a new mouse?

Could also be the switch for your left mouse button is dirty or starting to fail. Had this happen on previous mice. Sometimes you can open them up and clean the switch... sometimes you can't.

I think it may be the contacts. I will see if I can find a video on how to clean it. Thx.

    Re: Mouse question

Fixed with a Phillips screwdriver and one drop of super glue. I guess it is a common problem where the plastic gets worn down, so adding a drop of super glue make it long enough to make good contact again. Thanks Wile.

This was happening with my Razer Mamba for the longest time, and now it seems to have stopped. Cleaning it never seemed to help, for me.
