I am running

win7 64-bit (6.1 build 7601)
gigabyte GA-770T-USB3
AMD athlon IIx2 255 processor (2cpu) ~3.1ghz
4gigs of ram
and direct x 11
Video card is a GTX 570
700 watt power supply
and a killer network card

All the drivers are updated, everything has been cleaned and reinstalled. none of the diagnostic tools that comes with windows is showing a problem anywhere. No viruses and has been recently defrag

but when I run bench mark i get these scores

my score/ what it should be

Overall Score	P1505	P3200
Graphics Score	P3270	P4800
Physics Score	P563	P1600
Combined Score	P594	P1500

I have not run memtest86 nor have I flashed the bios. but that is starting to get into areas I am scared to venture.

any constructive input would be nice, for the life of me i can't figure out where the bottle neck is occurring.

i get 5 fps, that is what i get in dayz with everything set to low or disabled out in the middle of the woods on a zero pop server.

I'm inclined to believe that it's either the CPU or lack of ram.. the whole point of a 64bit o/s is to be able to have plenty of ram to handle all the various system things... and the ddr3 memory is relatively cheap as those things go I found mine on sale and have 12 gigs of ram that all cost me well under $100 so that's one possibility the CPU may be something as well, being a dual core vs a quad core so that might be something to consider too but I'd look at the ram first

I looked up your cpu it's kinda long in the tooth. Actually if possible I would upgrade the whole core of your pc

its possible but I am going to have to go at it one piece at a time. I guess no time like the present to upgrade, Thanks for all y'all s help. I was hoping it would be a simpler fix but at least I know what road to go down.
