Pidgin and Xabber

Enjoying the convenience of both of these tools.

Pidgin on the pc for multichat protocols in a single client (msn,gtalk, aim, yim, Xfire, jabber, etc)

Xabber on the phone. Gets all of the same protocols/clients with the exception of no Xfire.

Sent via highly charged bolt of electricity.

I've used Pidgin for years, used to use it for yim, aim and gtalk but not just use it for aim and keep it and my gtalk client separate.

I know this is an old thread, but hoping someone will pick up on it and assist. I am a newbie, and have been using Pidgin on my desktop for a couple years. I want to be able to access/chat with my contacts on my mobile android device (since Pidgin cannot be installed on a mobile device). I have installed Xabber thinking I do this - can someone assist with the setup? What info do I enter/where do I find the info from my Pidgin account?

In pidgin it's something like right click pidgin icon in tray window - > options - > accounts - > edit (off the top of my head).
