Oh yeah... 112mbit down... 20 up... And it's only costing me 5 dollars more per month than I was paying for 50/10 for six months and 30 more thereafter.

And with the raise in the speed was there a raise in the data cap?

There is no data cap at comcast currently.

And I've never worried about it anyway. I regularly downloaded 400-500 gig per month before the cap went away and I had nearly a terabyte last month.

Really? Your lucky with comcast in your area then. For my area we have data caps on comcast last time I checked..... it was somewhere around 200 GB a month..... and my household would easily go over that in two weeks time.

I'm at 50/10 myself but I'm getting slightly better than that.

Do you use your upload for anything? I'd gladly take a lower tier if I could get more equal download and uploads?

I use my upload for seeding torrents mostly. I used to run a server locally until I got a VM at our datacenter on redundant OC48s.

But even that was low bandwidth utilitization mostly.

So my modem reset again this morning and this is what I'm seeing consistently now...
