UPGRADE TIME!!
I really should not ever go to Fry's. Instead of a simple upgrade... I'm sitting in their cafe looking at 2500 dollars worth of new build stuff.

Two tray less hot swap bays
H100 water cooler

So what exactly do you need a 1200w PSU for?
I run that same CPU overclocked to 4.5GHz, GTX 690 overclocked, dedicated sound card, 3 hard drives, an SSD, 2 Optical Drives, water pump, 8x120mm fans, fan controller, and 4 cold cathode lights w/power inverter all with 1000w, and I probably have some room to spare.
Unless you are going to drop the 2nd GTX 680 (which would still probably work under 950-1000w PSU), then the 1200w is just too much. Put that cash on something else... maybe a higher efficiency/quality PSU.
Everything else looks droolingly delicious. I only have 16GB of 2133, which I read was MORE than enough as going to 32GB or higher was sort of a waste unless you wanted to create a RAM disk. I guess it all depends on what you need the memory for. The 3930k is a beast if you do a ton of video transcoding like I do.

Re: UPGRADE TIME!!
It's not a matter of needing. I just figured I'd futureproof it.
My current machine has 1200watts (dual psu 550 + 650) as well so I just said fuck it and got a 1200.
And by the time I posted, it was already in my shopping cart and headed I wasn't taking it back.
