I would recommend not booting then until you get a can of air.

Also...I've noticed pictures of you smoking on the forums. I dunno if you're a regular smoker, but smoke is bad for PC parts.

cigar maybe once a year but wood stove is cruding things up gonna get some air today but dont think that will save things and i'm not sure if its the vid card cause theres no powering/lighting of the mouse so i dunno what ele it could be i got my 8 year or more old dell back so i can atleast use the internet for now try to narrow down the problem


also continuing my streak of good luck i stuck my hands in the case and cracked 3 fan blades off one of the fans oh joy but atleast thats a cheap fix

so i need suggjestions on a replacment card thats equal to or better then my current for no more then 250$ also need to know how to narrow down the problem so i know its not the power supply or the mother board or the cpu

took out my ram sticks cleaned em off dunno how else to test em gonna blow out the pc much as i can later today

i dunno one thought i had might be taking it to geek squad or something but those guys charge like 45$ an hour least most tech people do would the limit it to just 1 hour and figure it out i ponder

They should be able to narrow it down in an hour. If they can't they aren't very competent.

yeah i'll have to consider that as an option i was hoping i could put the vid card in this dell but the slot is to small and no power supply cable
