VZW Thunderbolt and ICS 4.0
Finally hit my phone this afternoon.
ICS 4.0 and Sense 3.5 (iirc)
So far so good. It seems more responsive thus far. All of the apps installed made it through the update. Some of the settings are not where they were before but that's a minor thing either way.

Re: VZW Thunderbolt and ICS 4.0
Just upgraded my thunderbolt. Went with the Samsung Note II. Yes it is big but it just sits on my desk all day. The large size is very nice for emailing and browsing the web. I will also have to get a new work phone later this year. Depending on whats out, I may make the note my work phone and get me a new personal phone.

Re: VZW Thunderbolt and ICS 4.0
This update likely delayed an upgrade for me at this point since the daughter wants an android phone. So I'll get to wait for further reviews on the DNA, or the Galaxy 4 whenever that one drops. Unless by some stroke of fate the nexus 4 hits Verizon (but highly doubtful)

ICS is leaps and bounds beyond Gingerbread as far as performance goes. UI performance on JellyBean (both 4.1 & 4.2) is even better. Project 'Butter' re-worked the UI system and made it much more fluid/responsive to touch. There were a lot of complaints about input lag prior to JellyBean.
