    I used to have an installer that changed a lot of the settings making everything look and sound like vista. But now, I just have the theme installed, the vista cursors, and the sounds. Here is the link to the one I used. Its called VistaCG.

    Ok here's it step by step.

    1. Hit Print Screen on your desktop screen.
    2. Open up paint and select paste.
    3. Save image to file.
    4. Upload image to Imageshack or photobucket.
    5. Copy image URL and place image URL between

    That's it right there.

    Fill in the blanks there. Put the URL of the picture into the little brackets between [img ] and [/img ].

    Try a test Commander.

    Find some picture on google in .jpg format.
    Click properties, then copy the URL from it, and paste it here.

    Like this:http//www.dbeyr.com/images/shaved_cat.jpg

    Add this to it: <img src="http//www.dbeyr.com/images/shaved_cat.jpg">

    And boom, you got a shaved cat!
