    well theres a few steps.

    1st: You need to download both windowblinds and desktopX. Both are at Stardock.com
    windows will only work for 30days free just reinstall or pay the 30 (worth it, get alot more features)

    2nd: Goto wincustomize.com

    3rd: search using for your fav game or w/e or just click the windowblinds buttom and then the desktopX and find one that match or mismatch.

    It really looks cool with it moving and all. For you Treky fans search Lcars and get the newest one and change your screen res and it will blow your mind. I even liked it
