07-23-13, 07:31 PM #1In need of a new mouse
My naga is dying. It's still working but let's just say thinking you clicked an important button twice while in fleet with the leader of your coalition as FC but not having the click register leads to embarassment.
So, I'm right handed. it needs to be wired, preferably with a braided cord, and it needs to be comfortable.
Suggestions, go!
P.S. I realize I could just get another Naga as they are quite comfortable, but I have never found myself using any of the 12 side buttons.enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
Bigdog-Sweet home Alabama you are an idiot.

Another vote for the Mamba. I have had mine for several years and it has been great. You can use it either wired or wireless. My battery in mine died a while back and I just use it wired now. But when I did use it wireless, it was just as good as wired plus if the battery dies mid game, you can just plug it in real quick and resume fragging.

Another vote for the Mamba, had it 3 years now and not a single issue yet. At first I thought it was a little big/heavy but I wouldn't trade it for anything else. I paid $140 for mine so it's kind of high. My wife shit a brick when she found out how much I paid for a mouse.

I just got the Taipan. I like it a lot so far. It is as smooth as the Copperhead, which was by far my favorite Razer mouse of all time... it just finally died. I have a backup, but it was being used on another machine, so I went ahead and bought a new one.
The Tiapan has a similar size and shape to the Copperhead.

Razer hardware sucks,go for the G500 if you have big hands.I love that mouse so much that i bought a spare one in case Logitech stops producing them.
And if you have small hands like some ...buy the mamba.SmokenScion liked this post

Re: In need of a new mouse
What the Hell happened to my beloved G9?!?!?!?!?!
Logitech must have disco'd it. I am quickly going to Amazon to find a new G9x, as I love my current G9. The one I am using now is at least 4-5 years old, and works like the day I brought it home. Notice all of the Razor products in this thread alone that have had to be replaced....and most all of them newer than the mouse I am using now.
Also not a fan of Razor products. I had a Belkin N52 gamepad thinger that used Razor software. It sucked.....hard. If I wanted to use my Logitech joystick in BF2, the only way the Razor software wouldn't interfere was to completely uninstall it. Eventually, I bought a G13, and all problems were solved. Since then, I have all Logitech products, and couldn't be happier. Everything works flawlessly, and is all controlled with the same software, and has thousands of hours of gaming on them.SmokenScion liked this post
