Keyboard Question/Repeating Keys

So, I have a G510 keyboard and my friend has a G15. If I hold down buttons 1 and 2 at same time, they will both get recognized. Same with him.

However, in notepad, whichever one I pressed last will keep repeating. Like 1111222222222222222222222

For him, if he holds 1 and 2 down, it does this 121212121212121212121212

Does anyone know why this is? Is this the keyboard, OS function, MOBO? Does anyone have a keyboard that does the 121212121 in notepad and which keyboard is it?

Just checked mine. Does 12121212121212. I have a SteelSeries Merc Stealth.

I don't have a ghosting issue. They are both recognized. I just don't get the alternation of presses like blood does.

So, apparently my keyboard will do the 12121212. However, I have to perfectly time pressing both down at same time. I can only do it about 1 out 15 tries. odd.

Or if you have a mechanical keyboard typically because they have a physical switch with every key they can support any number of keypresses simultaneously.
