Here is a quick search of bestbuy website for TV's 100-150 (they have zero from 150-200

    All Flat-Panel TVs : $100 - $149.99 - Best Buy

You are looking at a max of about 24" 1080p TV at that price range.

If you can give more details as to the dimensions and such you are looking for it can be tailored more.

60Hz is fine for a TV, 75 or 120 is better. I've been out of touch with the world of TVs since I bought my 40" Samsung LED a couple years back. My parents separated a few years back and my mom got her own place so I let her take my TV since she didn't have one and I mostly watch shows from my computer on my monitor. Mr brother and I are moving into a place later this month though and one of us might grab a console or an HTPC so we'll probably look into splitting the cost on a new TV.

Once you start talking higher than 60hz, integrated wireless and apps you are talking about smart TVs, which are above your $200 price tag. I am actually a fan of the vizio line, I have the 70" HD 3D model and love it. I can watch netflix, amazon prime and such directly on the TV.

Have you measured the distance from the TV to your sitting space to even determine which size of TV is right for you? I would start there, then decide on what features are right for the money.

If you only have a $200 budget, save up and wait.

You might be able to find a used DLP on Craigslist for that amount.

Yeah, but it might last 6 years, or 6 months.
