Re: Emergency headset ideas?!?
I own a pair of G35's as well, and they work nicely, but if you care about comfort at all try Sennheiser. I found the mic on the Sennheiser PC350 to be far superior to the G35's, and they are just soooo comfortable. The G35's are not uncomfortable per se, but they do not compare to the PC350's in that department. I also have a pair of Sennheiser 558's, which is actually my preferred all around (even gaming) headset when I don't need a mic.
Just thought I'd throw another option out there to break up the G35 hype train

Re: Emergency headset ideas?!?
Just FYI. Because i went back to wires I have a gently used excellent condition Logitech G930 I could let you have for $75 plus whatever flat rate usps shipping costs.
Let me know.
Of course if you are in the DFW area I can meet for free to save on shipping.Rumble
