Gigabyte board looks fine. Are you going with a red/white color scheme? Not that it REALLY matters, but when spending $250+ on a motherboard where most of the features you probably won't even use, you should at least make sure it matches the color/design you are going for. Luckily, there are are a lot of memory modules, GPUs, and other things that will match those colors, but just thought I would ask.
MSI board looks the coolest, for sure. I don't think you would have issues with any of those boards. I did have some problems with my last Gigabyte Z170 board, as the fan headers are not true PWM. You can control the voltage through BIOS, and set a fan curve, but they are not true PWM fan controllers. They just have the pinouts. Maybe do some research on this. I ended up using some voltage reducers to slow the fans down as they were a bit too noisy when connected straight to the board. I'm not sure of other manufacturers are doing the same thing, but Gigabyte was doing this on a lot of boards to save money.

Nice mod! Are those FrozenQ Mod helix reservoirs? I just sold a 250mm Reactor UV Green FrozenQ reservoir that I had in a build for several years.
Here is my main rig. I'm also using PETG, though I am running a single loop. My case wasn't big enough for me to fit a second res/pump. Cramming 2 radiators, 3 GPUs, 11 fans, LED/fan/pump controllers, res/pump, 4 SSDs, and an extended ATX board in a mid tower was challenge enough.
With how complex this build was, I haven't had a single component fail, aside from a defective fitting that caused a leak that was discovered days into the build. I did not skimp on quality on any single component, and it paid off. This has been the most solid build I had ever made, and it took me about 8 months to complete. I will be doing a GPU refresh in the early summer along with a slight change to my loop. Otherwise, this rig has at least 2 years left on it before the next big build.

Re: Need some advice on a build
The gigagbyte board has the fewest negative reviews so I figured it was a safer bet then the other two. I wasn't really thinking on looks and was more focused on less chances of problems. I do like the look of the MSI board, and currently have the same brand in my rig. If I go this route think I'll take the chance on the MSI board. I want to hold out until black friday but it seems there are some deals going on now. Think I'll decide by this weekend if I feel waiting is a better option. I'm just thinking there won't be anything better then the deals going on now for the items I have selected. Again, thanks for the input. The more knowledge I get the better off I can be.

Re: Need some advice on a build
So pulled the trigger on the 6800 chip set. Had to swap out the liquid cooler with the h100i v2. Gtx one sold out by the time I got home. Went with the msi board. We'll see how it all goes.
Any thoughts on the push/pull discussion with the liquid coolers? From what I've seen corsair recommends pulling air from the outside in for best cooling. While I understand this I was thinking of pulling from inside the case out as the radiator will be at the top of the case. This would help the air flow better and, from what I've read, the temperature isn't affected that much like that. Thoughts?

I typically like to pull air from the outside of the case. Ideally, you should try to mount your radiator to the front of your case, pulling air in, with the top setup as exhaust. If that doesn't work, I think you will be okay pulling in from the top, but make sure you have some exhaust blowing the hot air out.
Shouldn't be anything wrong with the MSI board. I prefer both ASRock and MSI over ASUS, any day. Just my preference based on DOA products from the manufacturers. I've had more DOA products from ASUS than any other company.

Don't think I'll have the length in the tubing to run a front radiator set up. I'll see once the parts arrive. All the builds I have seen with the case place the radiator at the top. My only concern with pulling air in from the top (and thus into the case) is that I would think it would disrupt the airflow in the system. Do you think the 1 x 140mm rear fan will be enough exhaust for the system if I do a top intake?

All in all I think it turned out pretty good.

Nice work! Now just get some zip ties to tighten up the cables. Not super important, but can make things look nice and tidy.
