    Windows 10 hardware diagnostic tool?

A couple of days ago my computer seemed to have become possessed. I was playing Fallout 4 and could not get out of build mode without leaving the settlement. Exited fallout and steam and found the cursor randomly unresponsive when hovering over the windows icon and portions of several open windows. Long story short... no major errors are being logged, but it seems reminiscent of a power supply failure... or something similar, i just cant tell. Wondering of anyone has any suggestions for a diagnostic tool i could download. Thank you!

That sounds oddly familiar to an issue my cousin had with an older AMD graphics card. Was related to drivers. He had to be choosy with which driver versions he installed.
