It's the same reason why James bond doesn't have parkinsons. The biggest problem with that series though is they basically made it a different game. As soon as Maxime Belano got his hands on ConViction, I gave up all faith. They're fucking this series up so badly.
Now I need to wait for another quality stealth game to come out thats not over the top cheesy.

Good Stealther?
I've played and beaten Velvet Assassin is a very very good stealther, I beat it and it was fantastic, I recommend you go and watch the ZP review of it, however when you watch it you gotta keep in mind he has to exaggerate and entertain people, not purely review, but in the end he admits it's good, except for the final stage.
All in all, most think it's stealth is amazing, a real stand out, however everyone has their own opinions.

At the people saying L4D2 doesn't deserve any awards:
It saddens me to see that people still don't appreciate L4D2. And their only reason is that "the engine is old" and "it should have been an expansion pack." Oh my god don't even get me started on those.
The source engine is a great engine, that is very easily modified. Why should Valve make a new engine, when they have one that works excellently already? Not to mention it's what gives Valve games their.... Valveness.

Kagato, who gives a shit if it's an older engine? It works and is still one of the leading engines today. It's easily updatable and modifiable, it's accessible to modders and developers and can adapt to pretty much whatever it needs.
Half-Life 2 introduced Source with photorealistic characters, face posing beyond any other game at the time.
Episode 1 introduced enhanced AI.
Episode 2 open planes AS WELL AS everything else.
Lost Coast introduced High Definition Rendering to the engine, which has been used more lately.
Portal... that's obvious.
L4D introduced the AID AS WELL AS HDR, enhanced AI etc. etc.
L4D2 has updated the AID.
You can't say it's an old engine as it isn't the same beast as it was five years ago, it's changed and will continue to change until it is too out dated to compete with anything.
Besides, only a few people care about engines, HDR and that stuff. They care about how fun a game is, as... y'know, that's what games are about? Obviously voters have said that L4D2 is the most fun game of this year for the Xbox 360.
Left 4 Dead 1 has nothing to do with the awards as that was released last year, so just because it's - as some people believe - a rehash of L4D1 doesn't mean it's still not a fun game that has become popular that has been released this year which is what these awards are about. The games. And if you hadn't noticed, like I've said before, games are designed to be fun first and foremost.

Man, who gives a damn what anyone thinks. Bottom line is any L4D fan now has 2 great different style zombie games to play. The way i look at is i now have 10 different zombie maps to choose from... Hell yea!
I find myself flopping back and forth between the games now anyways. Why the hell not? They're both wicked games.
I would luv to see a new L4D game every year. To bad to many people would start crying and throwing boycott parties...!!!WiCkEd VOooOdooooO TerRrroRR!!!

Granted, sequels are usually diminished in quality to an extent. and the extent that you are taking them is way too far. I dont think that any of the prequels to the games mentioned up there are "piss weak".
PS: I was really looking for an opportunity to use that pic, and you were the first semi-troll I saw. lulz, my bad ktnx?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
