Easier solution is to not use Internet Explorer. :9

Or don't install activex controls. It's software. People should think before they click yes to activex controls. No one ever does.

I disable ActiveX for the off chance that I NEED (and the need has to be pretty damn strong) to use Internet Explorer, but generally use Firefox for all my web browsing.

    Is this cheating? (need opinions).

Okay so I'm cooking up a new project after modifying a NES controller to use with my Xbox 360.

I'm going to hack together a Keyboard/mouse -> Xbox controller adapter, and unlike the cheapo ones you can buy mine is going to operate pretty much like the real deal (no deadzones or having to move the mouse too far to line up a target). Initial testing looks _very_ promising.

But I got to thinking: Is this an unfair advantage when I play FPS games with other people on Xbox live?

So whats your opinion on this. Would you get mad if you knew a guy on the other team was using a keyboard/mouse instead of a controller?

Go for it man, it's not considered cheating in my book since those are the main controllers for the PC.

Just bathe in the satisfaction of making 13 year old pubs nerd rage and quit.

Most kids believe their xbox controller is better and more accurate than "pushing buttons on a keyboard" anyways.
