Very nifty idea! If it wasn't for the looks, I would placed the power supply outside and connect the tank with the adequate plumming to a separate oil cooler pumping the media back to the tank at lower temperature. With this design it seems, the only means of colling is the oil that comes into contact with the air. Still, its pretty awesome!! :9

Only thing i would do is disconnect the fans in the power supply and video card... They are not mean to push a viscous fluid all day. They may fail, though it wouldn't matter because the whole damn thing is submerged. Also if you wanted even better cooling run it through a radiator and like a water cooling system because over time the fluid will heat up. How high would depend on the heat transfer between fluid glass to the room temperature and the heat output from the components.
Like was mentioned earlier this has been around for a long time, though not something I would do
