What I mean was load windows ( while using onboard graphics hence so you get picture)

go to Start menu/control panel/performance maintence/system/hardware/device manager and look around. You'll see a network adapter ( thats your physical graphics card) make sure its enabled. Then look for the on board graphics I think it'll be in 'system devices' an look for onboard graphics or 'intergrated'. Make sure that is disabled.

I didn't disable my PCIEx I put my on-board as my primary source. If I do that the comp works with the card plugged in. But When I switch it back, or disable my on-board it goes back to the way it was.

Try putting your card in. Now connect your monitor to the INTEGRATED GPU even though your card is in.

Turn it on, if you can get to the BIOS, then tell t to disable the onboard GPU. When your save and reboot, just connect your monitor to the non-integrated GPU.

You may have tried this sequence already...

Hate to tell you this, but it sounds like a dead short in the video card, or there is something wrong with the PCIx slot... are you sure this is a PCIx video card? (does it fit the slot correctly)?
