Thread: Pc Problem

So I haven't been on my PC in awhile because of this problem, and I'm getting around to fixing it. when i start up my PC, my monitor comes up with the logo, and then right after that it shows, digital Power saving mode. another problem i have is when it does start up, my mouse and keyboard does not appear to be connected, even thought it is. The lights doesn't show at all. also the light for my power doesn't come on at all, I don't know if that as any relevance to this problem.

Ive tried putting in a new Graphics card in it and try and see if that helps at all. my best guess is that the Processor Went out..

Does your computer make any noise at all when you turn it on? If not, it's probably the power supply. It sounds like it's failing very early in the boot process. Other possible culprits would be a bad RAM stick, a bad motherboard, or a bad CPU (like you're thinking). Make certain that all the internal components are securely seated. This happened to my computer once when one of my RAM sticks wasn't all the way in the slot. A friend of mine had this same behavior when he accidentally plugged his PS2 mouse into the keyboard plug and vice-versa (that caused him a lot of headaches before he realized his mistake).

it doesnt make any noise at all. ive checked all the connections. internal and external. I'll have to check the power supply.

justed checked the power supply and everything thing else. its at 230 watts, and my new card needs 400 watts . think thats the problem. Thanks for the help.

If you ever need to check to see if your power supply is faulty there is a cheap tool will test it.

Randomly throughout any campaign you can hear "We need to get moving." but it's not from Zoey, it's off in the distance from multiple zombies. Or anytime a pipebomb goes off I can hear it, sometimes when there's a Tank.
One time I just let it sit at the loading menu and two zombies were beating the crap out of each other, andall the sudden you hea Zoey shouting "We need to get moving!"
I don't know if this has happened before, or if maybe some soundfiles got mucked up in the update, but's it's kinda getting creepy.

Yea it has been like that since the last patch on the Xbox. It is actually pretty funny.

Also, for some reason I don't think I've ever heard it in versus mode. Might have just missed it though, I'm usually too busy keeping an eye on everything else.

I hear Zoey say over echos for like 45 seconds on the menu saying, "We need to get moving" Its sooo funny and really odd.

Sorry about that. I just can't keep my mouth shut lately...
